Chances are you have a good idea of the changes you’d like to make, so the first big step is finding the right company to work with. We will provide a contractor checklist to help ensure that you ask the right questions when you get estimates. You should try to give as many details as possible to be sure the bids are based on the same specifications, otherwise they’ll be hard to compare. Communication during this initial phase will also give you a good idea how comfortable you’ll be working with each company.
It really depends on the specifics of your job, but as a rough estimate, a complete Bathroom Remodel usually takes 2-3 weeks from the start of installation to completion. A Kitchen Remodel takes 3-4 weeks and a Basement Remodel takes 4-5 weeks. Additions cover such a wider range of options, it’s difficult to give a range. You may want materials that need to be ordered ahead, which factors into how long you job will take, but we work with you every step of the way to make sure there are no surprises.
We handle all areas of your remodeling project including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, installation work, and even design. You do not need to contract anyone else. Our experienced Customer Success Manager will walk you through all the decisions you need to make. We strive to make your remodeling experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
